Return Process

  Log in to your nootie.in account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags attached to qualify for a successful return pickup.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure the item is securely packed in its original bag.

  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
